What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary according to product, location and complexity. Our goal on every file is to complete it as fast as possible. Normal turnaround time is within 48 hours of inspection. If a file is a rush please contact us directly.

Where can you perform appraisals?
The primary counties we serve are King, Pierce and Snohomish. We also serve Clark, Kitsap, Skagit, Thurston and Whatcom as secondary counties.

How do I get rid of my PMI?
Many homeowners qualify to get rid of their mortgage insurance, but are unaware of it. The Homeowners Protection Act of 1998 now requires automatic cancellation of private mortgage insurance (PMI) when your property's equity hits 22%. An appraisal showing your home's worth will indicate to your lender that you qualify for removal of PMI.
