Greenwood Appraisal, Inc. is a full service residential appraisal firm with a professional staff of experienced Washington State appraisers. We are based out of Seattle and service King, Pierce and Snohomish as primary counties and Clark, Kitsap, Skagit, Thurston and Whatcom as secondary counties.

Aside from appraising thousands of properties for mortgage companies and lenders, we have related experience that makes us well rounded real estate appraisers. This experience works as an asset for our clients. For example, I have remodeled and sold properties, worked with contractors and builders, and manage my own rental properties. Having been the buyer/borrower in real estate transactions, I understand the importance of an appraisal, the stress of the borrower, and the kind of pressure a loan officer is under coordinating a smooth transaction.
